BUGS AND CRASHES

This is a great game but the first time I bought it, it worked %100 fine but the days after that, every time I join a server the screen flashes white and I wait really long but I dont seem to join the server and I had all the mini games and all of them had this white flash and I couldnt join any servers anymore and I tried so many ways to make that stop but the bug seems to be really major. Please fix the bug!!
